g, with trains direct to London Kings Cross in less than 30 minutes the London overflow are all heading towards this buzzing town.
The market town itself has a busy traditional market twice a week and a range of independent and national chain stores and numerous bars and restaurants. As well as the traditional amenities, Hitchin is known for its range of well regarded schools, including Hitchin Boys and Hitchin Girls Schools.
