Spent 6 months tidying up the dump they rented us and facilitating numerous maintenance visits. Only to be served a revenge eviction once I had made the house safe and legal. I have fibromyalgia and am disabled but they neglect and abuse their tenants regardless of their status.

Tenant is still only paying old rent and the monthly payment S/O has still not been amended since the effective date of 1 august 2014. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
