We felt down by Move Revolution (with Paul Mulligan + his team) when we sold our Mum's house in Lingfield last year as the initial communication with Liam was great but when it came to closing the deal we felt his colleagues were unprofessional We negotiated the sale price on the basis the buyer would pay the agent fees, however because this was verbal and not in writing they denied this when the final paperworkinvoicing came through Move Revolution clearly have a relationship with this buyer and we felt they took advantage of our stressful situation by intentionally agreeing this to satisfy the buyer and give us a lower amount On principle we're writing this review to warn other sellers to get everything in writing with them + not be misled into agreeing a price which is not what they have in mind Very disappointed
