If only i got put 0 stars,
I had an extremely stressful experience with Move Revolution during the sale process. Despite writing several emails to them, I received no reply and there was no sales coordinator to assist with our sale, despite their brochure stating that one would be available throughout the process. When I reached out to the director, he replied saying he was unwilling to handle my request. Additionally, I was promised a £600 reduction, but when the invoice arrived, it only reflected a reduction of £520. Nothing went smoothly during the sale, and I would not consider using this company again.
Furthermore, I felt ignored when I reached out via email, and I was later threatened and blackmailed, being told that they would involve a debt collection agency if I did not pay an invoice within one day. This invoice was at the incorrect price, as I have screenshots of messages showing that I was promised a £600 reduction. It was an awful experience dealing with this company. I also have a business in the area, and multiple clients have reported appalling service as well. It seems that all Move Revolution cares about is the commission they want to receive.
Throughout my dealings, I interacted with Paul Mulligan, Dan Harvey, Rosie, and several other colleagues at the branch, and none of them offered any help.

Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and threatening to put the property back on the market. This left a really bad taste and it took our solicitor a while to calm us down. This email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very stressful and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.
