Catrina was very helpful finding the right property our daughter to rent. But as most of the reviews students mention the minute you sign the agreement John Hilton do not care about you and communication is totally abysmal. My daughter had two major leaks in the flat and I ended up having to deal with it as it’s stressed her out that water was pouring coming through the ceiling and they did nothing to help. The leaking shower that was mentioned and reported in the first couple of weeks remained leaking a year later. Due to the constant dripping water it had left a blue limescale residue on the bottom of the shower tray and I spent about two hours cleaning the shower thoroughly. I should not have bothered as they are withholding £125 to clean the flat because whilst I was sorting this out, I failed to dust a bin, wipe the bedframe and clean a mirror. Apparently, it took the cleaner the whole day to do this cleaning. The fact that we left brand curtains and a cleaner bathroom than on arrival did not matter. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. If you read all the reviews my comments sadly are very common. Maintenance is non existent.
