We used Colin Bibra many years block management. Initially we were very happy with their service, but in recent years their service has been terrible, with a high staff turnover, service charges sent out late and rude and aggressive communication from senior staff. If you need a block manager, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I am not a fan of writing reviews, but after three and half years of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issues internally, I decided to do it.
