We used Colin Bibra many years block management. Initially we were very happy with their service, but in recent years their service has been terrible, with a high staff turnover, service charges sent out late and rude and aggressive communication from senior staff. If you need a block manager, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

This agency is an absolute nightmare tenants. When Simon was working there, things were handled much better, but after he left, everything went downhill fast.
