Maintenance? Forget it. The entrance door lock broke and they left it unfixed an entire year, always saying the landlord was “looking another quote.” I moved out and it was still broken. That’s not just poor service, it’s neglect. The deposit process was just as bad — I had to chase them a month and a half, sending email after email, only to hear excuse after excuse like “we can’t reach the landlord.” Completely unprofessional. There are plenty of agencies out there that treat tenants with respect and basic decency. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.
