Leaders have handled my property very poorly. I was misinformed about their commission (told the minimum fee was £3,600 on a £220k house), railroaded into waiving the coolingoff period, and tied into a 21week contract. My home was listed on Rightmove without my approval (in contravention to the estate agents' code of conduct), with inaccurate and negative details such as “parking is a challenge,” which has deterred viewers. They also used photos of my garden when it was overgrown, despite my request not to, and displayed one in their office window. In over two months I’ve only had four viewings, and after raising a complaint, a sudden “viewer” appeared along with a marketing report I hadn’t received in weeks - which felt more like damage control than genuine effort. Overall, Leaders have not acted in my best interests and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
