Worst letting agency we've ever used. AVOID. Extremely poor communication, very rarely answer the phone or emails. They paid a contractor work that was never carried out and didn't notice until tenant left and we got into the flat. Still waiting a refund even after a solicitors letter, now taking them to court. We ended up sorting out the tenant's deposit ourselves after they failed to do so. Our complaints have been ignored, their complaints procedure appears to be on their website the sake of it so we are in the process of complaining to The Property Ombudsman. Wouldn't even give one star it wasn't necessary.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
