Terrible attitude towards young professionals. First booked a viewing, then said cannot make it. Rescheduled back to the firstly agreed time, poor directions for finding the property and finally did not show up. When arranged a viewing for another date & time, the agent was barely speaking and introducing the property on the borderline of being rude. No matter what the property looks like, will never deal with this agency again.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Terrible service, the Estate agent and the Landord both take so long to respond back to us and we felt ignored, when we moved into one of there properties, they needed todo a few repairs but nothing was done untill we decided to terminate our contract, not good especially when you have small...
