Terrible service, the Estate agent and the Landord both take so long to respond back to us and we felt ignored, when we moved into one of there properties, they needed todo a few repairs but nothing was done untill we decided to terminate our contract, not good especially when you have small ... Terrible attitude towards young professionals. First booked a viewing, then said cannot make it. Rescheduled back to the firstly agreed time, poor directions for finding the property and finally did not show up. When arranged a viewing for another date & time, the agent was barely speaking ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Terrible attitude towards young professionals. First booked a viewing, then said cannot make it. Rescheduled back to the firstly agreed time, poor directions for finding the property and finally did not show up. When arranged a viewing for another date & time, the agent was barely speaking and introducing the property on the borderline of being rude. No matter what the property looks like, will never deal with this agency again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
