Extremely poor service from start to finish. I listed my house with Ashley Adams six months and in that entire time, there were only four viewings and a single offer—yet they failed to even follow up with the buyer. On another occasion, someone was very keen to view the property, but once again they could not get hold of the buyer and never informed us that the appointment wasn’t going ahead. Communication was almost nonexistent. Feedback after viewings was never provided, and contacting anyone at the branch was near impossible—most emails just came back with outofoffice replies. Overall, a completely unprofessional experience. I would never use Ashley Adams again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Truly disgraceful service.
