Would not call a company run by two online a company. Had a contract with them, rented my flat, then stopped payment and cut contacts. They know the law and how to play their dishonest tactics. The two who visited my flat are two Asians ( Pakistan) just in they send others to cheat you.. Also, the company registered at different addresses with Deposit Scheme, Property Redress Scheme, and client money protection. So, be very vigilant, report them to police they harass you trying to rent your property. Use high street agent , never use online people with no branches . Don’t do my mistake , report very early to Property Redress Scheme

Today 29th July 2025, this company been suspended by the Property Redress Scheme non compliance and cheating landlords their rent. After 10 days, it will be erased. Property Redress Scheme exposed the fraudulent tactics. Like previous reviews, rented the flat and did not pay me any rent. Careless and fraud behavior. They rented my flat then stopped paying the last 6 months and refused to surrender the property taking advantage of the law. Obviously they do this on regular bases .
