This company is fraudulent and a scam This company is fraudulent and a scam. They took control of my flat and failed to make any payments 8 months. I'm relieved to hear they’ve been suspended by the Property Redress Scheme. These rogue traders need to be removed from the market. Stick to local agencies and make sure to report any issues to the Property Redress Scheme. Other reviews have highlighted similar experiences, with many of them trying to keep your deposit. Keep reporting, keep pushing justice!

Today 29th July 2025, this company been suspended by the Property Redress Scheme non compliance and cheating landlords their rent. After 10 days, it will be erased. Property Redress Scheme exposed the fraudulent tactics. Like previous reviews, rented the flat and did not pay me any rent. Would not call a company run by two online a company. Had a contract with them, rented my flat, then stopped payment and cut contacts. They know the law and how to play their dishonest tactics. Careless and fraud behavior. They rented my flat then stopped paying the last 6 months and refused to surrender the property taking advantage of the law. Obviously they do this on regular bases . My advice use local British Estate agent with branches allover the country to avoid losing your flat ... Read Full Review
