Unprofessional money grabber. They send emails with no name of sender. Only company logo. I was on a viewing list, they rented the house without having a chance to view it. Just rented out to the first person who showed up, when I could have been willing to pay the whole agreement in advance. Not good the LandLord that didn't have a chance to evaluate multiple prospective tenants. I found out by coincidence after Rightmove pulled the ad. Car salesmen are more professional than this bunch of amateurs looking to grab a fee. The whole system needs strict conduct regulation in a free all environment of unlicensed so called estate agents.
No fees being a rental property.

Didn't bother returning my call following an enquiry on a property which was for sale. You had two numbers and didn't even have the courtesy to phone back - I later noticed that the property was sold. I suppose if there is no commission to make anymore why make the effort to phone people... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
