Didn't bother returning my call following an enquiry on a property which was for sale. You had two numbers and didn't even have the courtesy to phone back - I later noticed that the property was sold. I suppose if there is no commission to make anymore why make the effort to phone people up? No wonder Estate Agents have a bad reputation.

Unprofessional money grabber. They send emails with no name of sender. Only company logo. I was on a viewing list, they rented the house without having a chance to view it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
