The Lettings Hub

The Lettings Hub (lettingshub.co.uk) is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. They constantly asked documents I’d already uploaded, never explained what was wrong, and forced mandatory data sharing through open banking (your entire financial transactions handed, GOD knows the purpose of it. Maybe they’ll even use it to raise your rent based on your income or savings. It’s invasive and completely unjustified. I have been renting more than 10 years, and this process is absolutely ridiculous, a waste of time and energy, especially working people who need to focus on their daily jobs, children and other tasks. The system rejects your application repeatedly, drags on weeks referencing previous landlords, and creates hidden delays at every turn. It nearly drove me crazy. I won’t even get into the stress and anxiety it caused me and my partner. This company is not fit purpose. They spammed my email, mishandled sensitive references, and take zero accountability. They are the modern definition of “don’t trust this.” Honestly, this site shouldn’t even be online, it should be banned. It's worse than watching your football team lose to their rivals in a final.
