Most of the ‘good’ review are from landlords and agents. Most of the ‘bad’ reviews are from customers, the prospective tenants who are the only party spending money in this relationship and who are treated as the fodder that owe all the other parties in the relationship a living and are made to feel they are privileged to even be entertained by them. You must do all the work yourself and if you need support with their highly intrusive ‘do it all yourself’ on line portal you are ignored. Unfortunately I have found that you are still the shambolic company you were two years ago. As a consequence of this I refuse to place my business with the lettings hub or any business that is associated with you.”
