Avoid Harrison Rose. Misleading contract with a sole agency clause which tied us in 4 months and which they were not prepared to remove once the property was off the market. Service was slow and unprofessional — poor photos, incorrect listing details (wrong location, missing “detached bungalow” tag), and repeated requests to fix them were ignored. They wasted our time with viewers who were not in any position to buy, then became rude and aggressive when we tried to withdraw. We have now referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman. Completely unacceptable experience.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
