Terrible sellers. Made an offer for a house (House A) they were selling. First it's been rejected by the vendor. Fine. Few days later Harrison Rose rung me, said "The vendor is considering your offer". In that time I was trying to secure another house (House B) because my offer for the house A was rejected.Then they accepted less price than I originally made an offer for the house A. I give up the house B and made an offer for House A again. So we have an agreement in principle. Couple of days later, Harrison Rose asked my bank details, amount of deposit, my mortgage agreement and everything. Everything was in place, I have sent everything over and after that they asked me those details, they told me that someone else increased the offer, so if I don't want to lose the house A, I have been advised that I need to increase my offer although sales has been agreed.
