Had a great experience selling our home with Pennylane Renfrew. Ross, Christine , Sam and the rest of the team were both friendly and professional. The lines of communication were always open and any queries responded to quickly . We managed to get our home report , pictures , video etc all done on the same day . Speed was important as we had already bought and were getting pressure from another agent re entry date. ( very stressful) Ross took a lot of the pressure off us dealing with enquiries . Christine, Sam and the rest of the team were great at communicating viewing times, feedback and even the odd cancellation. I have had to deal with 3 estate agents over the past 2 years and can honestly say Pennylane were the best . Always there to advise and give guidance. When Ross first visited the house to do valuation there was not any sales pressure , informative , realistic and professional as well as friendly . Hence we chose to use them and as said above our house was on the market within approximately 7 days ! Definitely recommended them to help make the whole process less stressful. They also offered to do viewings required . Keep up the good work, guys :):)
