Just seen issued on companies house today 150725 that Cube Letting Agents Ltd could be struck off. This follows being expelled from the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) through not complying with a binding decision. After a CCJ and with holding landlords funds . I would avoid them and your a landlord or tenant beware urgently

We rented a property through CUBE LETTING AGENTS LTD (11872541) in Milton Keynes. Our experience with the agency was very poor and communication was nonexistent. With all these poor views, I had the trouble I would have considered raising with the following, maybe others: 1. County Court Judgement application 2. They seem to have a CCJ registered against them in March, non payment of rent to landlord(s) even though the tenant paid the landlord, as managing agents. Viewable on Trust Online website .Perhaps I should stay clear there's a risk of not receiving rent . I wonder Trading Standards ... Read Full Review

Been with this company and its predecessor 14 years, mainly fine until the last 6 months. Late payments of rent to us, and now non payment. I am concerned this company are still in operation.
