With all these poor views, I had the trouble I would have considered raising with the following, maybe others: 1. County Court Judgement application 2. Just seen issued on companies house today 150725 that Cube Letting Agents Ltd could be struck off. They seem to have a CCJ registered against them in March, non payment of rent to landlord(s) even though the tenant paid the landlord, as managing agents. Been with this company and its predecessor 14 years, mainly fine until the last 6 months. Late payments of rent to us, and now non payment. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
