I am resident of 10 years at Penns Court,Retirement complex in Steyning. We have dealt with Jonathan Rolls over the whole of that time. I have found them excellent. If there is a problem it has always been dealt with efficiently and promptly. Luke Ribinson always attends the management meetings here. Personally I cant fault them.
I believe their fees to be reasonable.

No problems whilst a leaseholder of a flat in a block managed by Jonathan Rolls. However, when it came selling the flat it was a completely different story. I've lived in a property managed by Matthew Evans from Jonathan Rolls for just under six years. And, in building built in 1835, there have many problems, but all dealt with Matthew and Grace within 24 hours. There has not been one time when the problem hasn't been sorted within 24 hours. ... They could care more about the property that they\'re managing and the residents who are their customers.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
