Until a year or so ago I managed the block of flat I live in and had done many years, so I know how awkward the work can be! I asked Jonathan Rolls to take over and I can honestly say I have never regretted my decision. Their fees have been reasonable, and the staff are proactive and helpful - perhaps because they perform better they are treated with respect and dignity when many clients clearly do not! It should be remembered by some of the more critical reviewers that Jonathan Rolls cannot perform miracles and almost every call they receive is as a result of some crisis, when clients are not in the best of moods! It simply isn't fair to blame the managing agent everything, when they are working in an environment restricted by laws and policies which never once existed. I have never heard of any agent who performs better - and I have known quite a few!

I've lived in a property managed by Matthew Evans from Jonathan Rolls for just under six years.
