This rental agency is the worst I have ever come across .

This estate agents let me and my four children move into a property. With loose wires running though water. Mould and damp all the way though the property. No fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors. No tops with water worked to have a wash. Holes in the shower and bath so leaking water all in the kitchen. Then to top off my experience I had to share our rental home with rats. Crapper and haigh did absolutely nothing to try and prevent this and had no care in the world for mine and my children’s safety. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this company.

Having read previous reviews we were naturally a little wary of using C&H's services but they came recommended by our estate agent who had been first .
