What a bunch of scammers and rude people this company is. Buying an apartment which is also managed by this company where they secretly added extra charges, in terms of management company registration fee, in the end and did not mention them to me at any point during the whole process, only told me about service charges and ground rent and nothing . They sent these charges to my solicitor, through 3rd party solicitors, to get them added into my bill. When I attended the branch, they started giving me excuses about the system, process and rules & regulations instead of accepting the fact that I was mislead/ not informed or explained clearly and openly about the charges. A member of staff also asked me to leave indirectly and said to me that there was no one available to see me. I would advise any potential buyers, sellers and tenants to stay away from this company as all they worry about is their financial benefits wasting time and money of their clientscustomers. I would also advise to check other reviews on the other websites. Their practices are dodgy and corrupt in my understanding.
