After 22 bookings, the majority of those being self generated due to the lack of enquiries, some of those cancelled. We send out the confirmation, a reminder text and a call to confirm. An agent cannot be blamed for a viewer deciding that they do not want to view the property anymore and not arriving to the viewing or cancelling. Despite this, with our marketing and proactive approach did find you a prospective buyer at the figure you wanted, but we were unable to fully qualify the full amount at this stage. We saw proof of funds with 10k left to show which we advised you of. We are market leaders locally and have sold more properties in this area than any other agent over the last two years - so we must be doing something right. We do not prioritize any properties, and you have made an incorrect, unjustified judgment on your statement declaring that we prioritize larger commission properties.
