They act nice up front but will screw you over at every opportunity once moved in. False claims and evidence were submitted to the DPS following the end of my tenancy resulting in my losing the entirety of my deposit after a 1 year tenancy, despite the house being returned in a clean and well maintained condition. They took over 5 months to replace my front door after it was mistakenly broken down by police, I was forced to pay the bill or be left with a flimsy sheet of chipboard covering the door. The checkout inspection was conducted with Ben present, and the things he pointed out were cleaned as requested. Despite this I was stuck with nearly £700 in cleaning fees. Ben also mocked and belittled me on several occasions due to my mental health issues. As a tenant stay as far away as you can

If I could have given this company no stars at all I would have. The deposit given at the start of the tenancy effectively makes the letting agent judge and jury in deciding whether or not the property is returned in a fit state. They treat you like royalty until the day you move in, then as soon as you do, they couldn't care less about you.
