This is worst agency I have ever experienced with, because I have got 5 appointments from them to view the house and 3 of them they were cancelled just before the viewing and I I viewed the 2 houses then told them I were interested in it to rental the property I got no response from them rather than some lies!! Then I tried with "Stephen and Oakley" viewed just 1 house there you go I got that house like lightning procedures they are genuine. Trust me if you want a house to rent just try with Stephen and Oakley don't go through Marcus and Jordan please....

If I could have given this company no stars at all I would have. The deposit given at the start of the tenancy effectively makes the letting agent judge and jury in deciding whether or not the property is returned in a fit state. They treat you like royalty until the day you move in, then as soon as you do, they couldn't care less about you.
