The first ever Beresfords branch opened its doors for business in Upminster in 1968. Since then, although the Company has grown considerably, it has never lost sight of its roots and still takes great pride in offering a very personal and professional service to each and every one of its customers.
Many of t
he sales and lettings teams have been working locally for a number of years and some live in the area themselves.
Operating from a large “high profile”, prime sited premises in Station Road, the branch operates with state-of-the-art technology and promotes properties across numerous media outlets, including on a large video wall within the branch itself which is clearly visible to the extensive pedestrian footfall that passes by every day.

very good service. I had an issue with my boiler over the bank holiday, called the emergency line. The guy was very helpful & reported it straight away to get somebody out. A nice lady Sophie called me throughout the day to update me on a engineer coming out. A nice man named Jim came to the rescue. Jim was very polite, kind & helpful. He found the issue contacted the manufacturer as I needed parts & came the next day & sorted my boiler. I like the speed of everything & kept me in the loop on what was happening. I think it was excellent service. Jordan followed up from estate agent to make sure everything was OK. I think all in all my experience with Beresford from the start has been very good & the staff are polite, friendly helpful & accommodating. Very nice team. Very happy. Charlie was exemptially helpful Very nice & so helpful.
