Awful branch, staff couldn't be less bothered they tried. They were unsupportive of tenants when dealing with a neglectful landlord who took the majority of our deposit no justifiable reason. Terrible response rate and overall poor attitudes from most members of staff.

Well, they tried, did their best, and the house was sold. The photos were good, the paperwork was prompt, and office staff were helpful. Apart from the fact I never saw the invoice and my sols ignored my instructions not to okay them, I just feel it was a lot of money.
