Well, they tried, did their best, and the house was sold. The photos were good, the paperwork was prompt, and office staff were helpful. The guy who showed people round arrived at the property on time. They gave me prompt feedback. I later found he had misinformed my buyers about minor matters, ... Read Full Review

Apart from the fact I never saw the invoice and my sols ignored my instructions not to okay them, I just feel it was a lot of money.

Well, they tried, did their best, and the house was sold.
The photos were good, the paperwork was prompt, and office staff were helpful.
The guy who showed people round arrived at the property on time. They gave me prompt feedback.
I later found he had misinformed my buyers about minor matters, but they knew at the time he was wrong. Just not sure it was all worth over 3 grand, that's all....and their spelling was terrible, but then it's not the end of the world. Since I sold my house, I gave been finding a property for a friend, and Rice looks good against the others. Sorry to sound so grudging!
