If I could give no stars I would. This company are rude on the phone constantly move the goal post and refuse to assist. The fees go up every year and I’ve never seen anyone from the team come and visit their home owners. They refuse to listen to the people living in the blocks with problems and are completely unsympathetic with problems. I understand that somethings may not appear high on their list but when we have fire alarms going off 16 hours during the night and early morning to be rude in the phone doesn’t help. The out of hours phone number takes you to someone who has now not worked there over a year and a half is unacceptable. This company is a shocking and disgusting company and we are now looking to move from our beloved first home solely because of this company

Do not use this company. They caused me to be unable to work from home by setting up scaffolding and drilling right next door to me without warning.
