I found them frustrating to deal with. I phoned up a week ago to enquire about a house for sale on their website. I was told that it had been taken off the market by the buyer. As it was still on their website a few days later, I sent an online enquiry about it and they did not respond. Then I called them the next day, and they said that it had just been sold, 1 hour ago!!!! So they probably missed out on a better price for the seller, as I was a serious buyer, and they let it slip that it went for below the asking price.

Do not use this company. They caused me to be unable to work from home by setting up scaffolding and drilling right next door to me without warning. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
