I wish I could give a zero review but that's not an option. Chancellors when we gave our property to sell promised us quick deal but as time went their sales progression agent Ruby Irving gave us excuses and lies giving different reasons such third party survey and issues with remortgage only after I chased them multiple times. No communication was ever initiated by her during the time, it was only after I called multiple times. Eventually I realised that both chancellors and buyer were working together to provide me misleading information and only after I put my foot down to give me a final answer about the purchase they agreed their mistake and told me that the buyer had withdrawn. So my advice would be to stay away from them
