Had viewing booked, had confirmation and reminder on the day but no one turned up so after 15 minutes I phoned, I was placed on hold around 10 minutes then cut off, they phoned back and said the person who was due to conduct the viewing had cancelled it due to them having a flat tyre, I said no one has told me and there is no excuse and it's totally unacceptable. I was offered an alternative day but declined due to having zero trust in New Home Agents and only having limited time in the UK. My advice is use another company you want to buy or sell a property

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
