I have had a bad experience after handling over an issue with my tenant years ago. They pretend they are qualified solicitors, whereas they are not. They are just running a company with their experience and knowledge, I believe but they misled me into believing that they are solicitors. I had paid them their fees as agreed and then they had charged more on top in between. The worst part was they failed to inform me of one hearing and they did not appear it there, I end up paying nearly £3k as penalty to the other party. Guess what, they left me in between and I had to deal with the tenant myself in the end. THE WORST COMPANY!

Despite a technical error and being unable to submit the initial application for rental referencing, they did not respond to any attempt at communication.
