Under no circumstances use W&E to find a home, the simplicity of this is they only care about there own pockets and will only ever side with a landlord against you, you will be a second citizen to these people and never shown any respect. And you ever report an issue with your property you can expect eviction notices to follow, no intention of ever resolving issues just a straight up eviction notice

Can only hope we'll get the deposit back as notoriously they like to hold onto those too.
