First class service from all staff. Geoff Cole is excellent and is full of all sorts of information. Would not hesitate to use L.J Boyce again and would recommend them to other prospecting buyers/sellers.

Meghan and her team did a great job for us. They found a buyer quite quickly, encouraged him to pay the asking price then managed a rather protracted sale. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
