Meghan and her team did a great job for us. They found a buyer quite quickly, encouraged him to pay the asking price then managed a rather protracted sale. In part due to an inefficient local authority (Torbay) and mainly due to a completely unsuited solicitor. They also managed a rather grumpy seller, maintaining a friendly and professional approach. So ocarall a good choice in Brixham. Realistic valuations and great service
