We had the best experience with the girls at Astley's, they made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. We were updated with every step of the process. As first time buyers we did not know where to start, the girls were always at the other end of the phone to answer any of our questions and we can't thank them enough.

Astleys were abysmal. They expected to take full fees but have me do all of my own viewings. They just couldn't be bothered to come out and conduct the viewings as they'd promised to do.
