Wish I could give 0 stars. Useless. Every single thing they bill you is 5x what it should cost minimum. If someone doesn’t pay, they just rebill everyone (sometimes this is an unexpected bill hundreds of pounds per flat) and when you actually need them to do what they’re there - in our currently, fix a hole in their roof that is allowing rodents and birds into the flats, they will do NOTHING despite knowing about it the best part of a year

Disgusting company that couldn't care less about their developments or clients. Avoid at all costs. Sold my flat in August 2020 and still waiting on a complaint being resolved and my credit balance is still not refunded. Development managers change every 5 mins, notes are not left correctly...
