They ask for deposits before giving you a tenancy agreement and harass you with tons of emails afterwards, insist payment of rent should be before due date and ask for proof of direct debit set up otherwise you wouldn’t be given keys to property They suggest you inform them of any maintenance works that needs to be done prior to move in ( yes I have this in writing) otherwise the property mgt team won’t do anything. My question is, without having keys to the property before moving in, how do you know what works need doing? And why should a property be let with maintenance issues? So many more but I’ll leave for legal counsel should the need arise. In my opinion I’m shocked to know that any company can be allowed to operate with these very crafty rules. I fear it’s a scam or investors are nasty piece of work and desperate. Overall dodgy Do not do business with them.
