Avoid these guys like the plague - I made a huge mistake in purchasing 3 properties 'offplan' via them in one go - so naïve of me. All 3 massively overpriced. 1 went into a hugely suspicious bankruptcy - I lost everything 1 is now valued 10% lower than the price I paidthey charged me 2 years earlier 1 was 18 months late and the conveyancing solicitor - who has now gone out of business - 'lost' a payment of £18K They sound legit - but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take my advice and ignore them like the plague.

I and +100 other investors purchased a lodge in a Scottish leisure park. The deal was marketed as 9%apr maturing in 5 years when the owner would buy back the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
