Avoid these guys like the plague - I made a huge mistake in purchasing 3 properties 'offplan' via them in one go - so naïve of me. I and +100 other investors purchased a lodge in a Scottish leisure park. The deal was marketed as 9%apr maturing in 5 years when the owner would buy back the property.
