If you want to sell a property, better go somewhere . Bush & Co are extremely unreliable and very slow, or simply unprofessional. Re unreliability, when I phoned them to ask their sales fees, I was told 1% plus VAT. I even checked with them this applies to smaller properties as well, and they confirmed that. Then Mr Bush came to the property and said that he has to ask considerably more than 1%. I call that unreliable, but you could also call it unprofessional. Re very slow, I am now waiting nearly one week their offer (sales price and fees). I sent two emails to check on that offer, but nothing so far, not even a reply to my emails. In the best of all cases, this is very slow, but it is probably more accurate to summarise that as unprofessional. Of course, I have got a different estate agent in the meantime. Professional estate agents can send you a sales offer in less than two hours, they shoot the marketing photos a few days later and put your property online - in my all that in three days after I gave the green light to the sales offer. I recommend Tylers, but I went through the GetAgent website to get three recommendations, and then you better check yourself.

My advice is to avoid them at all cost, they are slow, unreliable and arrogant. All the staff I've talked to are ignorant and make it sound like they are the ones doing you a favour. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
