This review is for the Mill Road Cambridge branch. I am currently not living in the UK and I have rented my house in Cambridge out through Bush & Co for the last 20 years. I have always been happy with them and their helpfulness with any issues that have arisen. Last year they were exceptional. I had arranged to get the house completely renovated (new kitchen, bathrooms, carpets, blinds, plastering, painting - the works). I was supposed to fly back to the UK for a couple of months to oversee the renovations and help out when we were hit with a travel ban due to COVID and were unable to travel. As I had already paid a deposit and the builder had purchased items we decided to go ahead with the renovations regardless. Basically, my agent took on the huge job over the next 3 months of communicating with the builder and myself to get the work done. Of course, as with all renovations, there were multiple problems and she did a great job helping me work through them and keeping me informed along the way. The job must have taken many additional hours of work compared to normal. The house turned out great and rented again with no problems.

If you want to sell a property, better go somewhere . Bush & Co are extremely unreliable and very slow, or simply unprofessional. My advice is to avoid them at all cost, they are slow, unreliable and arrogant. All the staff I've talked to are ignorant and make it sound like they are the ones doing you a favour. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
