We set-up our first David Key office in North London's rapidly-changing area of New Southgate. They're a sham. I've taken the to court and have got them expelled from The Property Ombudsman's list of approved agents. I have been awarded compensation. All of the logos on their website of partners and regulatory bodies they claim to be members of are false. Avoid at all costs. https://www.tpos.co.uk/expelled-members

This is a scam organisation. They cannot be trusted. I have had problem after problem after problem with these guys. In the last year despite being paid a full management fee they have not paid the rent on time and they owe 4 months rent. I believe they are pocketing the money either gambling it or frequenting women. Either which way what gives them the right to take someones else's money that they worked... Read Full Review

I found them unreliable. They manage the property for us and over the course of 8 months now, never once deposited the rent on time despite collecting it from the tenants. What’s more, the have the audacity to deduct management fee. They don’t respond calls or emails too.... Read Full Review
