Horrible experience throughout.
First Saam was supposed to show me the house. He did and then when I decided to go with it, he called me in to the office at a pre-agreed time. When I went to the office he wasn't there! Unprofessional. So I had to explain to them the situation and they sent Daniel to me. After we signed the documents, there was no proper communication and after several texts before the day of the move, Daniel texts me he wasn't available to give me the keys with no recourse on how we were going to move or contact of the landlord. Daniel's gotta be the least professional guy I've ever met.
Then at the move out, complete darkness for the return of deposit. I tried to contact these guys several times and no response whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and don't ever engage David Key as your agent.

I am posting this review in public interest. Please read it before you decide to go with them. This agent is entirely undeserving of even a rating! My review echoes recent reviews for them on Google Reviews - please check them out. They are fraudsters in the guise of agents. With a forged reference check they put a criminal in my flat who was in due course arrested by the police. The rest - huge rent arrears, a flat left in shambles etc is just secondary detail! Please beware of Daniel and Saam.

I initially got a leaflet through my door and called the branch, i spoke to a friendly guy called Saam who talked me through the lettings process(very useful), he then came down and took some pictures to market the property.
Few days later he came back with a few prospective tenants, and we were happy with one of them which then moved into my flat and has been there for the last 6 months and is a very good tenant.
so was very happy with there service.

I won't lie, Daniel seems a nice guy, unfortunately when it comes to service it is a different story. So...here goes...
Our initial tenants that he leased our flat to turned out to be running an escort service in the flat! Granted, he might not have known that. Throughout the lease of the second tenant that moved in, he was very slow to reply to emails and phone calls - I'd approximate 3 days! What really is the 'nail in the coffin' is the fact that our tenants moved out on 20 Feb 17 and I chased for weeks for a handover email/file i.e inventory, pictures, report, info etc. I finally got the 'handover' on 21 Mar - it was two metre readings! I had to email four times and call four times over a period of 4 weeks to get these two metre readings! I am almost certain that I was lied to on the phone I've sent it four times, but then when he sent an email while I was on the phone it came through instantly.
Lastly, when my sister went to check on the property for me the central heating and water heating had been left on full blast - which had been running for around two weeks before her visit so now I will have a large utilities bill to look forward to!
In fairness, they found tenants for the property very quickly and at full asking price, but if you want a quality management service with timely responses then you won't get it with David Key!
